Wow, nice coloring, except the eyes are wrong. Natsu's are a dark gray-green (the green is hard to notice most times)... I usually see it as an unsaturated sage. His hair color is not pink enough, but that can be excused with the lighting. Lucy's eyes should be more of a light brown. The blood should prolly be a bit redder. Looks like ink as it is right now.

Really nice cel-shading though. I'm not nearly as good at that yet. Not my usual style.

(Yeah I know, late comment is late... I'm prone to that)
